RETURN POLICY
Cancellation of order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days after the product is delivered.
Notes
For custom-made or personalized items, there is no right to return within 14 days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Consumers are not charged any fee for returning the product;

After receiving the return and checking it, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few days and the funds will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
